The new trial of Vicky Pryce has started with the unusual step of 24 short pieces of wood being sworn in as the new jury. Our legal correspondent explains; "The court is trying for consistency in jury members, sometimes they're bright, sometimes they're a bunch of pillocks; this way they'll know what they're getting from the off."
