As well as Brakspears Triple, I also recommend you try the odd bottle of Doom Bar.

thanksh, will do. Hic.
Personal faves at the moment...
Ridley's Old Bob (namesake beer and very malty)
Erdinger Dunkel Dark Weissbier (black label, not the white labelled Erdinger Weissbier)
Wye Valley Butty Bach (ideally draught though)
Dorothy Goodbody's Country Ale (a recent discovery from Wye Valley - loved it!)
I seem to think that Ringwood's Old Thumper pleasured me recently too.
Ahhh --- have me hankering a beer now...
Glass of Brakspears Triple next to me right now ... strong innit!
Brakspears Triple is a taste of.... yum
Hmmm, well, it didn't strike a chord with me to be honest. Might have to buy another to give it a fair chance though.
Doom Bar is very good
Ringwood's old thumper is a fine beer but I can't drink too much of it. All the Ringwood beers are decent, the 49er being a good'un but don't think the beer is widely available outside the New Forest area.
Williams Brothers Red and Gold bottled beers are decent - knocked back a few last night alongside the Sierra Nevada pale which is very drinkable. Cheers all...
I think Watney's Red Barrel is a very nice drink. That and Aunty Maud's Tough Old Ring.
Titbread Wankard. Ordered a pint of this by mistake once. Just the once.
