I've reset Safari and removed cookies but it's still there. Any thoughts?

Saw Rebecca's smiling face at the weekend, Scroat. She (in all her previous forms) now appears to be three miles away from viewers of a Glastonbury Festival forum. Very free-spririted of her I thought.
