A caller to Nick Ferrari's LBC phone in show gave a chilling verdict on the Jamie Bulger horror case yesterday.
The caller, identifying himself only as Pete from Penge, shocked breakfast phone-in host Nick Ferrari with the words, 'It's a very complex case and I don't feel qualified to comment.'
The host of the controversial phone in show listened, in stunned silence, as the caller outlined his grisly manifesto. 'I'm not really sure I should phone in and offer an instant judgment. I don't know the facts, I've never dealt with any children, let alone difficult ones, and i don't feel comfortable playing god,' he told Ferrari, who was clearly upset, but too professional to let pesonal feelings cloud his judgement.
Ferrari had initially welcomed Pete onto the airwaves, after he told the omnipotent radio talk show host. 'I'm a first time caller, and a bit nervous,' adding, 'I listen to your show every morning. Don't always agree, but it gets me going.'
But the conversation ended very differently, as Ferrari cut the caller off, told Pete he was banned and went to canvass opinion from Nick in Kingston.
