Inspector Rick Deckard confirmed that renowned paraolympian Pistorius had failed the emotion reaction Voight-Kampff test.

Pistorius attorney Roy Batty confirmed that they will be using the fabled Unicorn Defence, to ensure the murder charges against Pistorius are dismissed.
