Both of us these days Sinnick.

I may think I'm still 22 but the gammy knee, dodgy hip and tendency to go "Oooft!" every time I stand up of sit down say otherwise.

Mr B needs to have at least two naps a day now, and after two weekends in a row where he's been out both Friday and Saturday nights, he's complaining about how he just can't handle late nights any more.
