My Uncle Arthur from Crediton had a door stop which he claimed was a lightning 'bolt' that crashed through his greenhouse. I always wondered why it didn't have a catch attached to it. Wonder where it ended up.......

Keep it in a warm place - it might be an egg.

Come on come on come on come on!
Tell us what it is.
If we hear nothing, we will assume that it has hatched out, has annihilated you and your family and is about to take over the world. But I need to know before I tax my car.

Blown-out chimney slag.
Insult, this time, rather than suggestion.

Any further developments today?

(ssshhh...Wayland doesn't realise he's got anti-funny kryptonite in his pocket)

I have no idea what it is, but it was probably caused by global warming.

Jesus, are you lot still going on about my rock? Get over it.
It started glowing a bit, and it's warm again. It's normal to grow extra fingers, right?
I've failed to make progress. It's hard to make time to visit brainy rock people, as they don't work very often. But I will get there.

Is it hummiong, ticking or moving around of its own volition?
Have you put it on a litter tray? It's had a long journey ...

Has anyone else been blown off by a chimney slag, or had their rocks off with Rebecca? Call us now, landline charges apply but mobiles will be charged at an astronomical rate.

@Quaz: "Have you ever had a sexual encounter with Rebeca which was not your fault? You may be eligible for compensation - call us now ..."
Posted 3 months ago # -
Were you charged for an encounter with Rebecca that you neither wanted or needed?
We can help you claim back the encounter, while taking a hefty chunk of your encounter entitlement.

I think its a wing mirror of the international space station, if you look closely enough you can see the paint work of the Audi that did it!

Jeni, I've never had a close encounter of any kind with Rebecca. She's always miles away.

Be afraid, Wayland, be very afraid.
Posted 3 months ago # -
Yes give it back, I certainly don’t want a meteorite landing on my Urals!
Posted 3 months ago # -
And it looks like its parents have asked the dodgy relative with a 'colourful' background to help - Give it back, and no-one else gets hurt...
Posted 3 months ago # -
One victim in Russia said, it’s left a circular mark on one of the garden stone slabs, and it was still warm to the touch.

Roses are red
Meteorites black
If you're wise

I am just part of something bigger.
you appear to have two leaders

Posted 3 months ago # -
How do I contact this other Binary system, Simon & Garfunkel ?
We appear to have something in common.
I am not sure which one is the Island though,Posted 3 months ago # -
How 'bout alien spam?
"Greetings, Earthling. Have you been injured by an asteroid impact which was not your fault?"
Got to be an NB ticker in there somewhere ...
I'm going to subscribe to the Asteroid Preference Service.

A great friend of mine, DA,14 will be passing by later today,
on his way to the Periheliun. Be sure to look out for him.
I was supposed to go too, But Waylandsmithy's patio got in the way.
I think this is an IslandPosted 3 months ago # -
Don't worry about asteroids - just get some cream from the chemist and they should clear up in about a week.
