I’m on quite a tight budget though, can anybody recommend somewhere I can get cheap shoes?

Typical. I post this just as the spam is removed.
Oh well, I'll leave it here anyway, I'm sure some more spam will be back soon.

Have you tried a cheap shoe shop?
Or, failing that a shop that sells inexpensive shoesPosted 3 months ago # -
Shoes made of Spam are much cheaper than normal leather ones.

What size are you? Feet I mean. Your gravatar implies extensive cobbling.
You could always hollow out a couple of cheap sofa's - there's a sale on at World of Leather.

I'm OK for shoes, but I need some canned processed meat. Any idea where I canget some? (Preferably without added horse.)

A dead tramp. To be honest, it doesn't necessarily have to be a tramp. However, you really do want to go for someone who won't be missed, and whose shoe size is at least similar to your own. Otherwise, it can start to get expensive - what with the whole having to buy bags of quicklime and/or plastic baths full of concentrated nitric acid.
Ditto for your enquiry too, Titus.

and seriously, eBAY. With a few weeks patience I picked up a brand new pair of (size 10) Doc Martins for a tenner.
