Concern has been expressed in many parts of America about the lack of effective dog control in the UK, following yet another spate of British infants being savaged by dangerous dogs.
However Raul Tyson, spokesman for the NRA (National Rotweiller Association) claimed "We have a constitutional right to bare arms and to strut around in our vests, with our dogs, looking hard. What's it got to do with Americans anyway? They don't live here so it doesn't affect them in the slightest. They should mind their own business."
