I quite like the national snow-paranoia.
Its a bit like Granny insisting on tea made with leaves in a properly warmed, tea-cosied pot...its a little thing to everyone else, but important to her; a charming idiosyncracy for which we love her.
I wonder if other countries view our snow hyperexcitability the same...ah, bless little Britain, shitting their pants, paralysing the nation and rampaging to the slopes with fourteen layers and a sled at a dusting of powdery flakes
Maybe its purposeful misinformation propaganda...Cameron could just do with a Falklands war...what could the Argentinians have to fear from a nation that fails to cope in the slightest with annual moderate weather?
