Stars.
yep
Excellent. Pretty sure it's Hawkins though: he's named after his uncle who was a pirate. He couldn't take up a ship-based career because parrots despise wheelchairs.
He's been passing himself off as a scientist, but they recently discovered he was just playing old episodes of Johnny Ball's 'Think of a Number' through a vocoder. He's now doing ads for Go Compare because he once stabbed a tenor with a screwdriver, which the company thought was a nice tie-in.
I think he must be cheaper than your run of the mill celeb, because you wouldn't have to use him for the radio version of the ad. Any old computer can so that.
Stephen.
Just coming!
Very good CH.
Yep, thanks Golgo - I was too interested in the surname for the gag, too late to edit now !
I wonder what the most inappropriate thing to advertise using Stephen Hawking is?
The old Tunes advert springs to mind, 'half price ticket to Nottingham'.
"I wonder what the most inappropriate thing to advertise using Stephen Hawking is?" Imagine if you will.
A close up of Stephen Hawkins sitting in his chair. All you see is his face. Slowly the camara pulls out. As it does you notice ladies underwear draped over the arms of the chair and a beer in his hand. Further panning out shows naked ladies all around him. Further panning out shows a table with suspicious white powder and rolled up £50 notes suggesting excessive drug taking. The panning stops, Stephen closes his eyes just a nurse walks in and smiles at him. The shot fades to black and the strap line appears...
