Heard disgruntled and very candid HMV worker talking about it yesterday - and how the gift-voucher customers had been knowingly shafted.

Loved the graphic.

Don't often comment, but the gift voucher thing is an absolute disgrace. Obviously strategic with no intent to redeem the vouchers with goods to the value. But they'll get away with it. Your average Jack makes one oversight and the legal vultures are threatening to take your house because you were two days late paying a tenner. Same with taxes. Makes me want to swear a great deal and kick somebody's cat.

Stars for the graphic BTW - sums it up nicely.
