It's not very tasteful is it. No offfence meant to Amy's family. But I think it's justified because it seems ridicuous to me that (a) a high-profile inquest was allowed to take place without a qualified coroner and (b) they needed the expense of a whole second inquest to confirm it was alcohol poisoning. Can it be that hard to spot?

I think that if I'd put 'dead drunk' which did occur to me, it would have reduced it to a pun.
