IDF investigating reports that Iron Dome 'took out' Santa overnight

offlineMemberIsraeli spokesperson Mark Regev this morning released a press bulletin that the IDF were looking into reports that their Iron Dome defence system had intercepted and destroyed Santa's sleigh over the northern Golan Heights last night.
Apparently thousands of good Israeli children have awoken this morning to find there were no presents waiting under their olive trees. Meanwhile the elders of a nearby Arab village had been blanketed with gifts disproportionally rewarding even the naughtiest of children there.
According to Mr Regev the initial investigations have centred around the possibility of stray fire from Israel's allies to the north but apparently 'its been tricky' of late to get hold of Mr Assad for a comment.
An anonymous source from Israel's Central Air command claims the proper forms had been filled out and that they are looking into possible foul play, suspecting Palestinian factions of sabotaging Rudolph's transponder in order to force an intervention from the much hailed Iron Dome.
