There was dancing in the streets of Johannesburg tonight as locals celebrated the re-election of their President, 'Dancing Jacob Zumba.' President Zumba was quick to thank his supporters and danced a special Belly Hip Shimmy to show his delight.
Experts put Zumba's success down to his unique manifesto which included:
- Nationwide Zumba classes free for unemployed youngsters;
- A special Zumba party political broadcast featuring moves such as the Meringue that bamboozled his opponents
- The endorsement of Zumba superstar, Jaime Farfan; and
- A special Zumba move demonstrated by Father of the Nation, Nelson Mandela
However, not everyone was happy with Zumba's victory. One disconsolate opponent said, "We have to be careful of public opinion because it is very fickle. Next time the future of the country could depend on who can do the best Gangnam Style dance."
