Yawn....
Just a 'clever' title?
Sorry
Make that ... 'Just a title?'

Thanks. That's the first comment I have ever had. Don't you like it. It's for the neat-o. I'm going to win this week.
Ps it's called a ticker. Do you like biscuits?

This is a play on words or a pun.
Puns can be a hit a miss affair, but often work well if they are topical and have multiple layers (subtext) to them.
This pun has the language side going for it, but needs more to it. I keep away from them, because I can't drive them properly. Keep working on the idea - it's a good way to enrich your craft. ut they are difficult to fashion into strong ideas.
Also, picking fights with people who want to pick a fight with you looks tiresome from the outside. Unless you want this site to be all about you, and, you know, fuck the comedy...

Well I liked "High-Bar-Nation" in a neat-o context. Need to work the other words a bit.
For the record I think Bourbon is a real cheerful asset to the site. He/she always makes me smile.

Thanks Mr Jolly. I feel your kind words have taken me from a tin of value broken biscuits and put me in finest waitrose essential wrapping.
PS do I smell wine. Bourbons go very well with a fine and delicate Lambrini, and Custard Creams are well suited to snakebite made with Special Brew and White Lightening
