NEAT-O
A 58 year old former cartoon character from Dundee is to appear in court on Monday charged with operating a brothel and living off the earnings of prostitution.
Jasmine Le Ferret, once described by comic stablemate Fatty Fudge as the world’s ‘wildest tom-boy’ is said to have offered comic relief and other sexual favours to an undercover detective posing as a client.
Miss Le Ferret is alleged to have offered comic relief to thousands of young boys in a career spanning over 50 years and is the first woman to be interviewed by police as part of Operation Yewtree.
Arresting officer PC Thyme said Le Ferret and her sidekick pimp Rodger the Dodger had probably been running their house in Bash Street as a comic strip joint for years and it was only during a raid on the premises did the full scale of the operation come to light.
Police recovered a hoard of catapults, a box containing several stink bombs and a dead frog from the house which were sent to the PFSLD for forensic examination.
The trial is expected to take place over several weekly installments with the likelihood of an annual coming out in time for Christmas.
