The Health Secretary has announced today that heroin addicts and ex-heroin addicts will be offered the availability to retrain as acupuncturists due to their extensive experience with needles.
Plans are also being considered to retrain them as tattoo artists, knitters and freelance property distributors, in an effort to reduce Government expenditure and ensure that Heroin addicts are no longer employed as freelance government administrators.
