I like this.. it's sharp. And witty. And easy.
Unlike today's FP which is trying so hard it hurts...

Thank you for the kind comment Bunbury!
Bit harsh on the other front, methinks...???

Nice one
Bunbury, better people try hard than not. How about, for a laugh, putting some constructive criticism on the original post.

I like it, but the timing feels off. Better near an election, surely?
Perhaps recycle it in 2015?
The weird shiny glove is distracting, too. What is it? Why do zombies have shiny gloves? Is it for driving? Is it for reasons of sanitation? Do zombies maintain reasonable personal hygiene?
Oh! Hang on! That's Ed Miliband, isn't it? The foremost zombie, wearing the glove? Does it hide the chinese burn Ed Balls gave him?

maybe the timing isn't so bad - if you change the title to 'Zombie Apocalypse - LibDem edition'
Not being a gamer, I am not sure if this ruins the joke.
Love your work Pinxit, top stocking filler.

Thanks Squudge. It's based on a current popular vidgame 'The Walking Dead' popular amongst disenchanted uni students. Seemed apt for LibDems. The narrative being... 'Help Nick, Vince and their rapidly dwindling numbers of survivors stem the tide of zombie walkouts and keep them trapped IN the polling stations', etc, etc.
@wayland Ah, ti.....ming. Like the rash of rehashed and bumped stories over the last 24 hours, y'mean? =]
The zombies have a rather healthy lifestyle actually; a diet of brains - high protein and verrrrry nutritious. The shiny bits are there on the original game screen capture still (apparently).Posted 5 months ago #
