Frankie Boyle's stuff makes me cum. Does that count.

So is the Neat-O really on its last legs (again)? If so, let's at least give it a decent send off and bury it with dignity, rather than splattered in Frankie Boyle's cum. If you get left holding the Neat-O Baton, weematt, through no fault of your own, I reckon you'd have the right to call it yours and put it up for auction on ebay if you want.

There has been a fall-off, which is a shame, as I think Neat-O is a lovely passtime.
My excuse is that I can't think of anything funny about anything at the moment. A few months ago I seemed to be OK, but I'm a a dull witless arse recently. I stare at the news and come up totally blank.

Does there have to be a winner? If there are no entries by 5 minutes before the deadline and somebody subs something utterly shit as a Neat-o effort does it win by default?

Mr Giant. I refer you to my first comment
I win
Boom

I don't think a piece should win by default of being the only entry, but it's going to be up to weematt to decide. He could, if he wishes, retain the Neat-O Baton and start a fresh run sometime in the new year. All I want to see avoided is Bourbon getting his hands on the NOB and stuffing it down the back of the settee covered in buttercream filling.

@vcg As I was not given any set of rules when I won the previous round I will apply my own. The winner would have to have written something relevant and (to me) funny to win this round. If no winner emerges I reserve the right to declare the round closed.
What to do then? Give neat-o a rest is my suggestion.Posted 5 months ago # -
'tisn't dead, you always get a surge of entries over the weekend (whether you start on a Friday or early in the week).
I haven't got immediate inspiration because as soon as I saw 'Comic Relief' (just now) I got Lenny Henry's enormous face in my minds eye. Enough to kill anyone's creativity stone dead.
Lemme think about it.

OK then, here's two festive related attempts along the same lines :
'Uncharitable reindeer accused of using the same red nose every year'
'Red nosed reindeer pulls Santa in bath full of custard for comedy charity fundraiser'
I like the 1st one better I think.

I'm also searching for inspiration - I've even joined in the Christmas recycling campaign over in the Writer's Room. Squudge's reference to Lenny Henry has also made me go soft.

Neat-O weematt ;0)

Apologies weematt, been away for the week and forced to work, terrible shock. I'll be back to my karoshi-dodging self next week.
Along the same lines of several others but I was thinking:
'Pervert arrested in internet cafe after accessing Dandy on-line'
I expect I could work Desperate Dan in there somewhere too
