   Keeping LVR (Le Vrai Rikkor) functional in his last couple of years cost me the equivalent of a vy. snazzy Mercedes. Well worth it. I'll do it for this little guy as well.

    Those ears are going to have him barking at a mouse fart 3 blocks away.

    He's a great looking boy, and I agree, I could have had several luxury holidays with the money we spent on Barney and Piper's treatment, but worth every single penny.

    (It's 3 years today since Barney died.)

    Too funny about the mouse fart. I never "shush" a German Shepherd. Just this week he appeared to be barking like crazy at "nothing" while we were out for a constitutional. About thirty seconds later I could smell skunk. Dogs generally know what they are doing.
