Right-wing activists have long attempted to suggest that Barack Obama was not born in the USA and is thus ineligible for the American presidency, though this efforts have been consistently rebuffed by the establishment.
However, tea party spokesman Eric Jenners has come up with a new theory he believes could see Obama impeached on the grounds that he is not a biological human, or perhaps doesn't even exist at all.
"Have you ever seen him with your own eyes?" said Jenners. "I only ever seen him on a screen. It's like Woody from Toy Story. Never makes public appearances."
This reporter suggested to Jenners that Obama continually makes public appearances at which point Jenners continued. "He always stands far away from people. Perhaps he's some sort of lifelike android, or maybe a holographic projection. Yeah, he never lets people touch him, that would explain a few things."
Jenners discussed other theories, including Obama having been a pod person grown from plants from outer space, or that he is the golem of Jewish folklore.
"The point is all these things are possible, so they need to be fully investigated until we find firm evidence refuting them" finished Jenners. "My Christian faith demands it."
