   The idea of the PPC is all well and good but it won't take the criminals long to catch up with local drug baron elections.
   I can see it now, the Triad party, the Yardies party etc.

   OK, I give up. I've been trying to work out and understand the statement, Makes a nice change and jammy dodgers etc. Rather than spend more than the 8 minutes of my life I've already spent on the problem please explain what you mean.
   If you were thinking about it, it's best not to bring the bourbons into this.

   Crumbs, 8 minutes to work out it didn't really mean a lot ?

   It was a rather pathetic, oblique, obscure reference to various criminals getting away with it for a long time and now being found out. Not my most hilarious moment, or perhaps it was.

   And, "a nice change" because I think every paedo-related joke has now been written, and they're still out there despite the jokes, and I worry too much, and I'd really like to turn my mind to other things.
