Have to say that I've never come across 'anxiety about the consequences of court proceedings following unacceptable behaviour' being used as a reason for not facing the consequences of ... I think you see where this could go.
This kind of order is almost as rare as hens' teeth. A colleague spent about a week researching the darn things. Working out what they were and who exactly would be doing the 'supervison' & who the 'treatment'. Like many cases involving both criminal justice & mental health agencies, it's like watching a pass the parcel exercise - nobody wants to be holding the case on the day it is actually resolved in court.
