The Con-Dem Coalition budget cuts have drastically affected police morale in many parts of the UK, as from midnight tonight, officers will only be able to say, one 'ello' instead of the usual three. However, a large number of police officers have threatened to rebel over these cuts, and a 'ello, ello, ello' black market seems to be developing.
