If Time Out has got a great offer on Ripper tours

I suppose it appeals to some people, probably the ones that are just about holding their inner demons at bay. And companies will try to make money out of just about anything these days. Not my cup of tea though.
I remember a PR company holding an event near the Ripper's old haunts, and for a gimmick, they sent people a replica hunting knife with their invite.
Slightly tasteless, but it's seemingly acceptable. I wonder how long it will be before someone starts organising Ripper tours in Yorkshire?
Anyway, we can't stand here talking all day. I'll see you later.
Pie shop in Reading 'Sweeney & Todd'. Rather tasty too.
There was a nice juxtaposition of TV news articles recently. The first on the deaths of two Manchester Police officers by gun/grenade attack and the next one cheerily & light-heartedly discussing the forthcoming auction of 'Bonnie & Clyde' weapons/memorabilia. Just the sort of thing to get me doing a quick mental check that (a) it isn't 1st April and (b) I'm not watching an episode of 'Brass Eye' or 'Drop the dead donkey'
Ned Kelly has quite a lauding and praising tourist industry in Autralia, including visits to the site of the execution by exsanguniation (after shooting bollocks off) a group of policemen,I understand...
To be fair though...Robin Hood?
Lizzie Borden is very big here.
We're inviting friends over to celebrate Ted Bundy Sunday this weekend.
