In the wake of several instances of airline seats detaching from the aircraft while in flight, American Airlines passengers are being asked to bring aboard their own lawn chairs or camp stools and tubes of Crazy Glue (less than 100ml). Those checking in without their own seating can elect to participate in the airline's "standing room only" test program which CEO Tom Horton said, "Represents our view of the flying public's future."
