I must admit I have no 1st (or 2nd/3d) hand experience but my understanding is:

i) that 'dogging' involves sexual congress in a wheeled vehicle.
ii) that 'a bike' is a colloq .. coloq ...err... slang word for a woman of easy virtue.

AM riding his bike through Downing Street, an altercation with Police Officer, leading to widespread public dislike - Except in the dogging community because err... no you're right. It's not very funny
