Mohan Ashraf from Dudley has amazed the UK’s DIY community by using the entire contents of a ¼ Kilo tub of the nation’s favourite all-purpose bodging goop. “Usually most of it dries out. Even when I’ve replaced that funny sheet of film before putting the lid back on, every job needs a new tub,” admits Mr Ashraf.
“Fortunately it was only three days since I’d patched up some flaws in the walls before my wife threw another pan of Spaghetti Bolognese at me. It bounced off my head and left a dent in the plasterwork. It was touch and go, but when I opened the tub and checked, there was just enough elasticity left in it.”
“This claim has yet to be independently verified” said a spokesperson for Polycell UK “but if replicated across the country, we could find ourselves in a sticky position.”
