Also, I have to point out that you can't really have visions when you're asleep. You'll appreciate that your eyes are closed so you can't see - I think you must mean "dream". When you're awake, that's when you can have a vision, except obviously when you blink.

I have to mention that the phrase "worst nightmare" doesn't really make sense either. That would mean a nightmare that had logical, chronological or geographical inconsistencies - you'd realise the nonsense of it all, so it wouldn't be all that bad after all. Maybe, you mean "best nightmare" - which would be one that made you shit yourself.

Sorry for pointing this out. Otherwise excellent sub, 5*.

[PS, I honestly think the gag would be quite funny to a German as it stands !]

You are right, Vision is all wrong. That is even less forgivable than mixing up Sauerkraut with Wurst

"German sausage dream turns into wurst nightmare" would be better perhaps.
