According to sources from the Westminster village, the much mooted "Voting Reforms"banged on about by Mr clegg will indeed be radical. It is rumoured that in a break in tradition from the usual voting time worry about who to vote for,all those eligible, will instead stand in a plywood booth, and put a cross in a box on a voting slip. " The beauty of this new system" said one insider," is that theres only one box and only one cross is needed" "this takes the pain of choice out of the equation, leaving all the parties to switch policies and join up with whoever looks like giving them a shot at number 10". an integral part of the new system would be the proportional element, whereby anybody who could not spell "x" would be excluded in the first count thus leaving all the rest of the votes to be distributed however the candidates saw fit for the good of the country.
