In a move that will cause further upset to the troubled South African, England tiddlywinks team captain, Brian Watson, confirmed Kevin Pietersen will not be in the squad to face South Africa next month.
"Kevin was one of our most important players, but his refusal to share his winks and tidy up afterwards was the last straw," said Mr Watson.
Kevin Pietersen was unavailable for comment, but witnesses reported seeing several board games flung from his central London hotel room.
