This is a Judoon (the one on the right:
Note the large collar which makes him look rather like Theresa May.

Who is Judoon, though? What is his function and role in life? I have to say that he has a very pleasant face.

A very good question Plucky but prepare to be disappointed. Brief research with the youngest of the Chiglets tells me that a Judoon is a very bad thing indeed. They like fighting and, more fighting as far as I can tell, and that's about it. I don't even think they are particularly good to their mothers. So, it's another case of appearances being deceptive I'm afraid.
