Aberdeen Royal Infirmary doctors and nursing staff were coping well last night with the latest admission of HRH Prince Philip. A spokesman said: "Bad manners, xenophobia and general grumpyness are starting take their toll, but staff are maintaining a united front."
However a black male nurse, a Chinese orderly and several other non-Caucasian staff members are believed to have temporarily transferred to a neighbouring hospital after the prince made references to "chinkies and bloody fuzzy-wuzzies."
