Thought you might like to know, Mr Bonjohnelson the consequences of your actions in resurrecting Kazytc’s sub every couple of months or so. I’m sure you’ve had a grand little chuckle every time you’ve done so and felt the warm glow of appreciation from your mates as they’ve joined in the derision.
I must admit that initially I myself had a bit of go at her, under the fiendish disguise of Ramblesnake (Yes it was me all along), but soon afterwards felt guilty about it. I contacted her to apologise and we struck up a bit of a friendship. Although we never met we exchanged e-mails every week or two and I think I got to know her fairly well.
I won’t trouble you with the details of her childhood of numerous foster parents and abusive care homes or her near lifelong struggle with heroin addiction, which ended with her massive overdose yesterday. There was no doubt she was a bit quirky, it takes all sorts, but I found her to be a very friendly and caring person who was also extremely self deprecating. I didn’t share her interest in the magical and mystical but then I haven’t been let down by so many people who’s job it was to be reliable in my life as her.
I knew she was acutely embarrassed by the series of posts she’d submitted to NB, during a short relapse to the needle. I told her, on numerous occasions, not to read Newsbiscuit but I could always tell when you’d bumped your favourite sub of hers, Mr Bonjo, as it always corresponded with the times I didn’t hear from her for several weeks.
Her only daughter (apparently father unknown) e-mailed this morning telling me she found her mother, dead, yesterday, in front of her computer screen displaying Newsbiscuit and found my address through the history.
I’m sure that your future bumping of her sub will always bring a superior smile to you and your chum’s faces so please continue to enjoy.
