Chancellor George Osborne was forced to apologise today over another flag mix-up: “I said I would fly the flag for Britain and never give up but, f**k it, I’m waving the white flag now. I’m out of my depth and haven’t got a clue what I’m doing, so I’m off. Goodbye.”
