   or maybe god has an iPhone and a sense of humour

   I can just imagine driving along, unwittingly receiving obscure photos, confidential documents, viruses & pornography, all without having to do a thing.

   It sounds nice. I like the idea of sending files by bird-song, I've always suspected that pigeons were sending each other filth.

   Ah, but these dirty pigeons chirp in trees and on buildings. The reality of not being able to go anywhere in public without being 'chirped' at seems possible. Unlike a mobile ring tone, these chirps will be loudly audible and almost certainly incredibly annoying? Also, you still have to upload a file to 'the cloud' and then download it from 'the cloud'. It is basically a ridiculously gimmicky form of a file exchange site, but with added noise. What was wrong with the quiet option?
