Can we add some blant illegal claims to say that we're an offical partner of the games? Might be quite nice! We could add the word alleged or possible or something to that too somewhere... possibly liberal use of the logos, olympic rings etc... I can't think there'd be any issue with that.

If you word it right you could make it sound like NB is associated with the Olympics without actually saying anything that isn't true. We must have somebody here who can do clever marketing type wording.
Probably still won't stop you getting sued though.

Little Chef still have their Olympic feast breakfast on the menu. Presumably because pre-existed, still allowed to keep the name.
