The trial of Terry Johnson. aged 4, began at Little Scamps Nursery in Nuneaton this afternoon after an alleged name calling incident during a game of "tag" earlier this morning. An unnamed member of Little Scamps had reported the incident to staff at lunchtime after a crayon drawing of the alleged incident was blu-tacked to the art wall.
Terry is accused of calling Ferdinand Ranger, aged three and a half, a "smelly poo-head" but, in his defence claims it was Ferdinand himself who first used the phrase and he was only repeating it back after Ferdinand had made a reference to Terry's alleged "weewee pants" episode earlier in the week.
Witness, Hermione Entwhistle, 3 years, 8 months, 1 week and 2 days, backed this up stating that "Ferdy said he'd tagged Terry but Terry said he hadn't and Ferdy said he had and then Terry said he so hadn't and even if he had he had tagged him straight back and he smelled and then Ferdy said well you wee your pants and then said and you're a smelly poo-head and then Terry said well you're a smelly poo-head and then Ferdy said well you're a smellier poo-head and then Terry said well you're the smelliest poo-head so there you fucking black cunt."
