Following a series of controversial submissions which have provoked heated debates, ‘Hawkeye’ technology is to be trialled on a well-known spoof news website to determine whether the line was crossed or not. Until now, that decision has been made by a referee, ably assisted by self-appointed arbiters of taste and judgement, together with the odd angry, abusive troll.
