Prince Charles has slammed The Shard saying "It is a monstrous carbuncle that has little sense of anything other than the possibility it might one day be iconic."
"The modern 'up yours' architectural movement fails to build on a human scale", said Charles, "and rarely builds the essential features people really need like stables, a walled garden or servants quarters"
"Most depressingly," continued the morose prince, "the tall buildings erected in London in recent decades amount to little more than a bunch of capitalists having a giant dick waving contest."
