How do I copy and paste something I have written from my computer to News Biscuit. Cannot see a way to do it

If you're adding a comment to an existing sub, you cannot score using the stars at the same time. Paste your comment and hit "Submit". Then, mark the sub with 1-5 stars. Or vice versa.
Usually, when I answer computer-related problems, the end-user doesn't spell out precisely & completely what they've done, so the answer often doesn't work because the problem isn't fully explained.
