Has anyone else been following the story about Pinki Pramanik? The Indian female ex-athelete is accused of repeatedly raping her female partner who is also accusing her of being a man.
Now then, I'm no lawyer but: They are doing all sorts of new tests to see if she is really a man but I can't help thinking that if she is guilty of rape rather than sexual assault then she is probably a man and it should be quite easy to spot the giveaway bits.
As an aside the Indian papers report a case wher Pinki was in trouble with the police before. Some muggers stole here bag and then reported her to the police for having a handgun in the bag!
