Very good. The Facebook thing is a bit misleading, maybe: "Teaching cuts could lead to a generation of ofs and of-nots, say experts"?

The Facebook thing came from the scheme they're trialing where you can pay to keep a status update high up on the news feed. I like your teaching cuts suggestion but for me that generation already exists - I'm referring to a division among users of facebook itself. It's probably all a bit obscure to be honest.
