Manu Tuilagi has been told in no uncertain terms by England's Rugby Coach, the hard-as-nails disciplinarian Stuart Lancaster, to 'Chillax' after receiving 'like his billionth citing'.
England's strict new coach took a tough line with Tuilagi after his tip tackle on England team-mate Danny Care in Leicester's Premiership Final defeat to Harlequins, calling on the Samoan-born England starlet to 'mellow out' in a shocking public denouncement of the young Centre.
The RFU citing board may take an even stronger line with Tuilagi, with a possible ban ruling him out of the South Africa tour, despite Lancaster's pleas for them to 'be cool', as well as claiming that 'he totally didn't mean to!'.
The citing officer in charge of the case made this statement in response: 'We at the RFU citing board take a hard line on any kind of foul play, intentional or not. Mind you, there's a big tour coming up, so he'll probably get away with it. Of course if he would injure some South Africans instead of his own team-mates, we wouldn't have a problem!'
