It's Japanese, and the key words refer to the red-ink name-seals they use on official documents instead of signatures ("Hanko", "Inkan" or "Jitsuin").
However these key-words have been inserted at random into a background text about another subject - sometimes the key-words/links have been inserted into the middle of another word making machine translation impossible...
Online translation software for Japanese is shite anyway...

Some of the background texts posted overnight are a bit bizarre.
Lol, I used a random online translation site to do that single sentence - clearly simplified Chinese and Japanese are the same thing when you use free software :)
The output you got has no resemblance to the input.
はんこ通販 is "Hanko Tsuuhan", the sale of "Hanko" (seals) via mail-order
トウェアは、そ is "tware, so" a fragment of the background text - tware is probably the back end of software
実印 is "Jitsuin" which is your one-and-only official name seal that you would use for legal documents.
Either way, it's put me off buying my legal seals via mail order.
These seals for sale are they Grey seals of Harbour seals as I need a Harbour one for my Bathroom
Latin and then Japanese. Golgo I am truely impressed and in awe.
That's very nice of you, but it's just because I lived in J for 12 years.
