FIFA President Set Platter has pledged to do everything in his power to ensure lifelong bans for those responsible for the incident which led to South Korea goalkeeper Kim Yip being carried from the field after being struck by what appeared to be a fully armed nuclear warhead.
The otherwise dull affair which had very few clear cut chances was goal-less and heading into extra time, when the opposition keeper was struck by the missile which appeared to have come from the home section.
North Korea's caretaker manager Kim Yim Kim refused to criticise the actions of the fans blaming the dog eat dog rivalry which prevails within the region.
