A queue outside an on-street car charger has been cordoned off by Kensington council, as it extended to an 'unbelievable' third car.
Following advice to keep their cars 'topped up' if they happen to be passing, around 75% of the UK's electric vehicles are now stranded in the mayhem.
"I'd been queuing for 13 hours", claimed Nissan Leaf owner Jeff Ley, "But eventually the car in front of me was fully charged and I was ready to drive forward into her place. Then the bitch spent ten minutes in the shop browsing the emergency rations and air fresheners. I was going to shout at her, but I didn't have the energy."
