Fred Smith, a white van delivery driver was recently attempting to deliver to an address in Guildford when he found a note on the door of the property which read "We opened the door but you were not there. Please call the telephone number below to arrange an alternative time for us to open the door."
"I rang the number" said Fred, "but they could only specify a particular day when they would open the door. I told them exactly what I thought and they said that I could ring again on the day and they would let me know if they would be opening the door in the morning or the afternoon."
"What makes me so angry" said Fred, "is the attitude of these people. I mean, its not like I am sat around on my arse all day just waiting to deliver a package, I have a busy life, there are things I need to get on with."
