You missed it. Not really hacking - just using the chat/writers' rooms to advertise wedding dresses.

Cut and pasted his message onto several dozen threads.

All cleared up now.

Is it safe to take my tin hat off now. It is very good protection for this kind of thing. My wife threw 3 cans of Spam at me in it and I only suffered minor concussion

Ah - so that's what all the handbag, wedding dress etc cr&p is about. Sainsbury's has got large packs of mcvities digestives on at 89p - maybe I should post that on every thread?
